Community Access Program

In 1994 the federal government launched CAP - The Community Access Program, a key component of the governments Connecting Canadians strategy aimed at making Canada the world's most connected nation. CAP has established over 4,200 sites in approximately 3,000 rural and remote communities. Locally we helped St. George, Burford, and Paris access computer equipment through the CAP program.
