Loans For Business

Enterprise Brant makes loans available to business in Brantford and Brant County. We can assist all types of companies and provide the opportunity to borrow in conjunction with, and beyond traditional financial institutions. Please complete the "Request an Appointment" form if you would like to discuss your needs with a consultant. Once it is submitted you will be contacted to confirm an appointment. Your appointment will be set during our normal business hours which are Monday through Friday from 8:30AM and 4:30PM.

Loans
The maximum we lend to any one business is $500,000. We can assist all types of companies from home based, retail, trades, hospitality, service to agri-businesses or manufacturing whether a start up or an established business looking to grow. All financing decisions are made at the community level.

Loan Evaluation
Loan approval is based on the strength of the business proposal and the ability to repay the loan. Adequate security includes a combination of business and/or personal assets and in most cases includes a personal guarantee from the principal owners.
